I'm so sorry for breaking your plans but unfortunately the schedule of our independent testing has been changed, so I can't come to London at the beginning of June.

I feel awful about postponing our meeting. As you know, I have been looking forward to this trip for a very long time. Do you think it may be possible for me to come later in the summer? If it is possible, when exactly would you prefer me to come?
