$2|log_{10}(x^2 +3x)|\leq 0$

Модуль - неотрицателен, двойка - положительна, поэтому меньше нуля левая часть быть не может. Остается один вариант - левая часть равна 0.

$2|log_{10}(x^2 +3x)|=0\\|log_{10}(x^2 +3x)|=0,\\log_{10}(x^2 +3x)=0,\\x^2 + 3x=1,\\x^2+3x-1=0.\\D=3^2+4=13\\x_1=\frac{-3+\sqrt{13} }{2} , x_2=\frac{-3-\sqrt{13} }{2}$
