Sam asked Ann who had been on the phone

Ann answered ,that it had been George. She had been thinking about him when he had called, actually. And it was a coincidence.

Sam said that it was. He asked had he told her what had happened to him and his mum when they had been shopping in London a few years before.

Ann answered,that no and asked what it was

Sam answered ,that they had been looking around an old second hand bookshop when his mum had come across one of her favorite childhood books. She had been showing that to him and when she had opened that,that had had her name written inside

Ann said,that it had been her own book. She betted he hadn't expected that

Sam answered ,that he hadn't.
